A note to parents and legal guardians:
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1-312.12, GabbaCaDabra does not permit children under 13 years of age to register an account with the Service. If you register for an account with our Service, you represent (i) you are over 13 years of age or (ii) you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13. As used herein, “you” refers to all Service users over the age of 13, and the parent/guardian of users under 13 years of age, as applicable.
You can help protect your children’s privacy by spending time online with your children, teaching them about safe online practices and monitoring your children’s online use. Please help us protect your child’s privacy by instructing them never to provide Personal Information on this Service, or any other Service, without your permission.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please be sure to read this policy with your parents or legal guardians and ask questions about things you do not understand. Children under 13 years of age should get their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before giving out an e-mail address or any other Personal Information to us or to anyone else on the Internet.

We may also archive this Personal Information and/or use it for future communications with you.
If you click on social media icons on the Service (such as for Facebook or Twitter), those actions may be associated with, and we may have access to, your basic information on those social media sites. In addition, if you “Like” our Service or any item on the Service on Facebook, our Service will appear in the “Likes” section of your profile, and we will have the ability to publish updates to you.
User Content/Public Forums. The Service may now or in the future offer community areas such as comments sections, message boards, blogs and other public forums from time to time. Any information you submit to such public forums will be made available to the general public. We advise you not to submit any information such as your first or last name, home address, phone number, financial information or any other information that could be used to identify you individually, locate you, or contact you individually either online or offline. Always use a username that does not disclose your personal identity. Any information submitted to public forums on the Service may be stored on our servers, and may remain archived or in system backups.

What types of information do we collect about children under 13 years old?
GabbaCaDabra and the providers that provide support for the operations of our Service do not knowingly collect Personal Information about children under the age of 13, and GabbaCaDabra does not wish to collect any such information. If a child logs in using an account, only information about a child’s progress on the Service will be sent to the parent’s email associated with that account. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete the information promptly on learning of the existence of such Personal Information.
What do we do with the Personal Information we collect?
We use User Information to build higher quality, more useful services by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our visitors, and by measuring demographics and interest regarding specific areas of our Service. We may also share aggregate-level User Information with our business partners, advertisers, sponsors and certain other third parties as described below.
What Personal Information do we share with others?
We may use third party partners to help operate our Service and deliver our products and services, and may share your information, including Personal Information, with our parent company and our affiliates. In special circumstances, we may give other companies access to Personal Information to allow them to provide website, database or server maintenance or security, help us process and fulfill orders or requests or provide other similar services to the Service.
If we were to merge with or are sold to another company, file for bankruptcy or otherwise experience a change in ownership (by asset sale, stock sale or otherwise), all Personal Information and non-personal information regarding our users may be disclosed to any potential or actual third party purchaser of such assets, and/or may be among those assets transferred to such new entity without notice to such users.
What type of automatic tracking mechanisms do we use?
When you visit our Service, we may automatically track and collect computer information of a non-personally-identifiable nature. The computer information we gather is used to facilitate our online operations and to assure an efficient online experience for visitors. This information includes the visitor’s type of computer operating system (e.g., Microsoft Windows or iOS/Apple), the visitor’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the type of web browsing software being used (e.g., Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox), information regarding the visitor’s Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), information regarding the web page the visitor viewed before visiting our Service, and information collected through the use of “cookies” (small strings of text sent by the Service to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive) and similar technologies, such as web beacons (also referred to as “tracking pixels,” or “action tags”). Although cookies and web beacons, in and of themselves, will not provide us with Personal Information about a Service visitor, if the visitor provides us with Personal Information, then the information may be linked to the data stored by these technologies, and used solely to facilitate use of the Service. For example, if a user is logged-in to the Service, the pages the user visits or the items on which the user clicks may be tracked via cookies and web beacons. Internet users can control whether to allow cookies through the options function in most internet browsers. Although you are not required to accept our cookies, if you set your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features and functionality of our Service. Users can also delete cookies at any time.
This Service may link to third party websites. These other sites are governed by their own privacy policies, which may be substantially different from ours. Visitors to other sites should review the privacy policies and information collection practices of those sites. Use and disclosure of information by third parties is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties, and is not the responsibility of GabbaCaDabra. We do not endorse such third parties or their websites and we do not control, nor are we responsible for, the privacy policies or information practices of such third parties or their websites.
What security procedures do we have in place?
We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures we believe appropriate to help safeguard and prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. We periodically review and update these measures. However, please note that Internet transmission is not always secure and there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or intercept transmissions of your information over the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit via this Service, including but not limited to your Personal Information, and you provide such information at your own risk. We will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties whether during or after transmission.
